Absolutely best Italian I've tried so far in LA. The ambiance was lively and loud (sometimes hard to hear people) but not overwhelming. Service was fantastic, the servers always came by quickly with water. The food and drinks were also served very quickly. Within 5 min of sitting down, my bf and I had our drinks in hand. Food was spectacular. Apps we got were the provolone and ricotta fettunta. Wasn't sure how the fettunta was going to taste but it was impeccable. They whip the ricotta and add sea salt and honey. It sounds plain but tastes complex. For pasta highly recommend the cavatelli. For pizza highly recommend the Copiane.

You can't go wrong with the food here. The kale salad, the meatballs, the vodka pasta - perfection. The pizza is pretty good. Service is okay - not the best. Hostess acts like she's scheduling appointments for the president of the USA - like please relax. Same goes for ambience; the ambience in the far back of the restaurant is the best you'll get. 5 stars because the food is just so good.

My wife and I came here for happy hour and it was a good happy hour menu. We got the crispy provolone and margherita pizza to eat. The crispy provolone was good and unique nice and soft cheese on the inside and a good crisp fried outside. The sauce with it was especially tasty. Definitely a great appetizer for a happy hour menu. The margherita pizza was also quite good it had a nice crispy thin crust obviously fresh made and the sauce was good. I do wish it had a bit more fresh basil. To drink my wife got the Rebecca's Margherita she liked it and it had a nice herbaceous taste. The salt air garnish however made it quite difficult to drink. While it's a cool garnish they could probably use a bit less of it. I got the cocktail flight it was a nice value and a fun way for us to try a few of their drinks. They were all very good just the standard but made perfectly. Overall we'd definitely come back for happy hour.

It tastes exactly how it looks. Although you can never go wrong with fried cheese. Crispy provolone is worth trying at least once. Pizza and pasta were standard fare. Underwhelmed by the beef tartare. Service was top notch. Ambiance is loud and loungey on the inside with outdoor areas to dine as well.
